Sensible Build, Inc. was established in October of 2014 by Jacob Willingham. Jacob graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Construction Management and has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. Sensible Build specializes in residential and small commercial remodel, residential additions and new build construction.
